*** The ATM Adaptation Layer (AAL) has 2 sublayers:
a) Convergence Sublayer (CS) This results in Protocol
b) Segmentation & Reassembly Sublayer. (SAR). This
results in SAR-PDU's. These are always 48 octets
long to fit in the payload field of the ATM cells.
