10 Meg. E-Net Over ATM?

a) LAN Data is typically 'Bursty' hence a VBR category is OK.

b) Max peak data cannot exceed 10Meg. & will probably not

exceed 9 Meg. So a Peak Cell Rate (PCR) of 9 Meg will be

OK.

c) The average traffic could be anything depending on a whole

host of criteria, but for example 2 Meg. So a Sustainable Cell

Rate (SCR) of 2 Meg. should be OK.

d) Max Burst Size could be say 30 Cells. This would effectively

allow transmission of complete LAN frames. It does have an

impact on other traffic though and this should be considered.
